A family owned and operated business born out of the need for a COVID-friendly gym alternative, we offer one-on-one personal training services in a private gym, reducing your risk of COVID exposure and offering you a unique personal fitness experience.
In addition to in-person training, we offer a virtual training option, which includes a home gym assessment to make sure you have all the tools and space for a productive virtual training session. Any way you want to train, we’ve got you covered!
Jackson is the kind of trainer everyone wants to have. Apart from having years of training and experience in the gym, he ‘s also organized and detail-oriented in every way. I’ve found it’s difficult to find this combination in a trainer, so having that means a lot to me. It truly shows his professionalism. He gave careful thought to planning my exercises after discussing my goals, and he pushed when I needed to be pushed. He emphasized proper form which I also appreciated because not all trainers are diligent about it. Jackson’s work ethic and skills make him an outstanding personal trainer who I would recommend to anyone!
